Registration Terms and Conditions

Space Is Limited: Register Early!

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Payment
Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before the start date of the course. 

Refund Policy
Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than ten calendar days before the start of a face to face event and five business days before the start of an online event. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Online courses are nonrefundable. Registration fees are nontransferable.

Event Cancellation
Deaf Sense reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond Deaf Sense's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course option or receive a full refund.

Instructors
Deaf Sense reserves the right to substitute course instructor in the unlikely event that the instructor listed cannot conduct the course. Substitution of course instructor is not a cause for refund.

Deaf Sense instructors agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the learning course and will provide timely feedback on a participants progress. Proper citations and permissions have been used and granted. 

Certificate of Completion
Deaf Sense provides certificate of completion for each course participants complete. Participants then can advance to next level course.

In signing up for a Deaf Sense course, Deaf Sense requires you to provide a certain amount of your personal data. Your privacy is very important to us. Deaf Sense's Privacy Policy specifically details what information we collect and how it is used.
