  • Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete your enrollment for each camper.
  • Please have credit card available.
  • All enrollment and payment information will be collected during the online enrollment process. Medical forms will be sent upon completion of the enrollment.
  • If you are a returning camper, please do not create a new account. If you need help with your existing username and password, please contact our office for assistance at 971-301-2291 or email at camp@deafsense.com. Please also double check your email address and other contact information and update if necessary. If you are new to the site, please create a new account for your camper.
  • You will have the opportunity to request a refer-a-friend discount online. All discounts and/or payment plan that you request when enrolling your child are pending until approved by our office. These options require certain data in order to manage your account and may not be applied until after your enrollment is completed.
  • The minimum deposit of $200 is due in order to enroll your camper. The remaining balance can be paid at any point between the time of enrollment and arrival at camp through the invoice sent in email and/or your account dashboard. Payment in full is due on or before June 15. Account balances not paid will not guarantee your camper a spot at camp. Special payment arrangements can be made by calling our office in advance 971-301-2291 or email at camp@deafsense.com.
  • All accounts without payment during the enrollment will require 24 to 48 hours to activate before the account become accessible again. If you have technical trouble while using our online registration, please contact camp@deafsense.com or call our office 971-301-2291.
